مابين الإرهاب و التطرف

التطرف والإرهاب من رحم الإقصاء و الإحباط..

الكل يسعى جاهدا لنشر الوعي ومخاطبة الإدراك لخلق جيل سوي فكريا و نفسيا لنشر السلام بين الشعوب لينعم العالم بالسلام الحقيقي، فلنتفق أولا أن هناك فرق بين الإختلاف في الرأي و التطرف في الفكر، فإن حالة الإحباط والكبت والتمييز والإقتتال اليوم في العالم من حولنا أدى إلى تفشي ظاهرة الهجرة والنزوح السكاني واللجوء قسريا لمعظم البلاد

العربية طلبا للنجاة من ويلات الدمار..

وأستوقفني هنا سؤال لماذا بعالمنا العربي فقط يحدث كل هذا الدمار و التناحر؟؟!!

الرد الوحيد عن سؤالي هو.. ضعف وترهل بنية وهيكلة معظم الأنظمة بعد رحيل الإستعمار وعدم الأنسجام وإتساع الفجوة بين السلطات الحاكمة وبين شعوبهم، والإنفراد بالسلطة وغياب العدالة وتميز جهات وفئة بعينها وتسيدهم وإقصاء الشعوب وضعف المشاركة المدنية والشعبية في إتخاذ القرار وتحييدهم عن العمل العام الإجتماعي و التنموي..

فإنعدام التعددية السياسية و الفكرية وإتاحة الفرصة لتحقيق الشمولية لمكونات المجتمع السكاني وتهميش الأرياف والأطراف الحدودية خارج المدن والعواصم وعدم وصول التنمية، وغياب عين الدولة وسيادة القانون والجهل والفساد، وعدم تكافؤ الفرص ودحر الحريات، كل هذا أدى إلى بيئه حاضنه للأفكار المتطرفة الناتجة عن إرتباك القيم الروحية والمعرفية

وفقد الإيمان وحتى الأمل بمستقبل أفضل، وهنا يكمن ويدق ناقوس الخطر و تكون البيئة المهيئة لإنتاج التطرف بأسم الدين والعقيدة.... 

وجب علينا ضرورة الفصل بين التطرف بالرأي فأصحاب الرأي لا يؤتون بالفعل الإرهابي، أما المتطرفين في الفعل هم إرهابين محتملين..

وينقسم المتطرفين إلى محايدون وهم أفراد لا يهتمون بقضايا سياسية..

والمتعاطفون هم الذين يؤمنون بقضية لكنهم سلميين ولا يبررون العنف..

والمندفعون الشرسون وهم الذين ينتهجون منهج العنف دفاعا عن قضية أو معتقد أو شخص يحبة ويوقرة..

أما تطرف الفعل ينقسم إلى خاملون « حزب الكنبة» هم أفراد لايفعلون شيئا لصالح قضية أو معتقد أو جماعه..

وهناك النشطاء وهم من يشاركون في أفعال وأنشطة قانونية أو سياسية لمناصرة جماعة سياسية أو إتجاه لقضية.....

كما هناك الراديكاليون هم الأفراد الذين يقومون بأفعال غير قانونية من أجل القضية والأفكار التي يؤمنون بها.... 

يليهم الإرهابيين هم أفراد يقومون بأفعال غير قانونية تستهدف المدنيين على أنهم رموز وهم 

نسبة قليلة جدا..

وهنا أستحضر أحد أهم الباحثين في هذا الشأن أستاذ علم النفس في جامعة ولاية جورجيا جون هورجان..

يرى هورجان أن من يقومون بالفعل الإرهابي هم أنفسهم لا يدركون الدوافع للسلوك الإرهابي شديد التعقيد في كثير من الأحيان لا يوجد تفسير واضح لهذا الفعل الإنتحاري..

فقد أجرى العديد من المقابلات مع إرهابيين مدانين من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية و أيرلندا وباكستان، 

وإنجلترا ولبنان وغيرها كانوا إلتحقوا بداعش في سوريا والعراق فإن الكثيريين منهم ليس لديهم أدنى فكرة على الصراع الطائفي الذي يقاتلون من أجلة، وهنا تبزغ شمس الحقيقة الفارقة بعد البحث أن الكثيرين ممن يقاتلون وينفذون أعمالا إرهابية لا يعتنقون ولا يؤمنون بقضية ولا فكرا متطرفا من الأساس .... 

ويقول ماكولي يجب التركيز على العامل الشعوري النفسي والديناميات المتنوعة التي تخلق دوافع عديدة لدى بعض الأشخاص للانخراط في الارهاب والعنف في كثير من الأحيان دون تبني أجندة فكرية متطرفة أو حتى التعاطف مع فكر متطرف معين.

 ويتابع: من بين هذه الديناميات على سبيل المثال: إحساس الفرد بالظلم، أو إحساس فئة معينة في المجتمع بالظلم، أو الرغبة في الهروب من المشكلات، أو البحث عن مكانة أكبر أو قوة أكبر، أو الارتباط الشعوري بالأنبهار والحب لأفراد منخرطين في أعمال إرهابية .

وهنا يجب حتما التكاتف لإنقاذ الإنسانية جمعاء والدفاع عن السلام العالمي ونتحرر من الأيدلوجيات والمذاهب والطائفية، والإنتماءات العرقية الأثينيه والألوان والأعراف وهنا يأتي دور الإعلام لنشر ثقافة السلام والمحبة لاللفرقة و البلطجة والعنف والرزائل لبناء شخصية المواطن السوي صاحب القيم الساميه المتسامح المتضامن الفعال الوسطي الكوني المتأمل المبدع لأستيعاب ما حوله لمواكبة مستجدات ميادين المعرفة والبحث للإرتقاء بمنظومة التربية والأهتمام بالشباب رأس مال الشعوب وتنميتها وأستهدافه كما نستهدف التنمية المستدامة فما 

قيمة البناء الخرساني وضياع الإنسان والسلام.

للأسف القوى الإستعمارية و الغرب يعتبر العرب مثل شخص غير مسؤل ولا يستحق و قد ورث عن والده ثروة كبيره .فقرر أن يحجر عليه ويقوم هو بالتصرف فيها!!!!؟

 Between differences of opinion and extremism in thought, the state of frustration, repression, discrimination and fighting today in the world around us has led to the spread of the phenomenon of migration, population displacement and forced asylum in most countries.

 Arabic in order to escape from the scourge of destruction.. And I was stopped here by a

 question: Why does all this destruction and rivalry occur only in our Arab world??!!

 The only answer to my question is... the weakness and slackness of the structure and structuring of most regimes after the departure of colonialism, the lack of harmony and widening of the gap between the ruling authorities and their peoples, the monopoly of power, the absence of justice, the distinction and dominance of certain parties and groups, the exclusion of peoples, the weakness of civil and popular

 participation in decision-making, and their exclusion from public social work. Developmental...

 the lack of political and intellectual pluralism and the opportunity to achieve inclusion for the components of population society and marginalization The countryside and the border peripheries outside the cities and capitals,

 the lack of development, the absence of the state and the rule of law, ignorance and corruption, the lack of equal opportunities and the defeat of freedoms, all of this has led to an incubating environment for extremist ideas resulting from the confusion of spiritual and cognitive values ​​and the loss of faith and even hope for a better future, and here lies and rings the alarm bell.

 And the environment is prepared for the production of extremism in the name of religion and belief.... 

 We must separate extremism from opinion, as those with opinions do not take action. 

The terrorist, while the extremists in action are potential terrorists.

 The extremists are divided into neutrals, who are individuals who are not interested in political issues.

 The sympathizers are those who believe in a cause but are peaceful and do not justify violence. 

And the ferocious extremists are those who adopt a violent approach in defense of a cause, belief, or person they love.

 Respected.. As for the extremism of the action, it is divided into inactive 

“sofa party” 

who are individuals who do nothing for the benefit of a cause, belief, or group..

 and there is Activists are those who participate in legal or political actions and activities to support a political group or direction for a cause..... 

There are also radicals who are individuals who carry out illegal actions for the sake of the cause and the ideas in which they believe.... 

 Followed by terrorists are individuals who carry out illegal actions. It targets civilians as symbols, and they are a very small percentage.

 Here I bring to mind one of the most important researchers in this regard, Professor of Psychology at Georgia State University, John Horgan.

 Horgan believes that those who commit the terrorist act themselves do not realize the motives for the very complex terrorist behavior. 

Often there is no clear

 explanation for this suicidal act.

 He conducted many interviews with convicted terrorists from the United States of America, Ireland, Pakistan, England, Lebanon and others who had joined ISIS in Syria and Iraq. Many of them have no idea about the sectarian conflict they are fighting. 

For him, and here the defining truth emerges after research is that many of those who fight and carry out terrorist acts do not embrace or believe in an extremist cause or ideology. Basically.... 

 McCauley says we must focus on the emotional-psychological factor and the various dynamics that create many motivations for some people to engage in terrorism and violence, often without adopting an extremist intellectual agenda or even sympathizing with a specific extremist ideology. 

  He continues: Among these dynamics, for example: the individual’s sense of injustice, or the sense of injustice of a certain group in society, or the desire to escape from problems, or the search for greater status or greater power, or the emotional connection of fascination and love for individuals involved in terrorist acts. Here we must inevitably join hands to save all of humanity and defend world peace. We must be liberated from ideologies, sects, sectarianism, Athenian ethnic affiliations, colors and customs.

 Here comes the role of the media to spread the culture of peace and love for division, bullying, violence and vices to build the character of the upright citizen with sublime values, tolerant, solidaristic, effective, centrist, universal, contemplative, creative to comprehend. What is around it to keep pace with developments in the fields of knowledge and research to improve the system of education and interest Youth is the capital of peoples, developing them and targeting them just as we target sustainable development.
